1. Breakfast: a cup of coffee with a slice of protein bread. Lunch: 2 slices of Apple. Dinner: a large salad plate with chicken.

Tuesday breakfast: boiled egg, 1 slice toast, orange or grapefruit. Lunch: chicken salad with green vegetables. Dinner: salad, 1 orange and 2 boiled eggs.

Saturday Breakfast: 1 slice of toast with boiled eggs, orange or grapefruit. Lunch: Fruit. Dinner: chicken and steamed vegetables.

Sunday breakfast: 1 slice of toast with boiled eggs, orange or grapefruit. Lunch: tomato salad, steamed vegetables and chicken. Dinner: steamed vegetables.

Thursday breakfast: boiled egg, 1 slice toast, orange or grapefruit. Lunch: steamed vegetables, low-fat cheese and 2 eggs. Dinner: salad with chicken.

Friday breakfast: boiled egg, 1 slice toast, orange or grapefruit. Lunch: Sardine salad. Dinner: salad with 2 eggs.

Saturday Breakfast: 1 slice of toast with boiled eggs, orange or grapefruit. Lunch: salad with chicken. Dinner: Fruit.
